Contribute to The Sovereign Games
The Sovereign Games is still in early development. We are building a rigorous, practical calibration framework for individuals and civilizations — one that treats recurring human problems as diagnosable patterns and applies metrological discipline to abstract systems.
This is not a casual project. It requires high agency, intellectual honesty, and a builder mindset.
Who This Is For
We are looking for contributors who:
- Think in systems, incentives, and feedback loops
- Value precision and traceability over narrative appeal
- Are comfortable with Permanent Beta (things will change as we learn)
- Want to build tools that actually work rather than signal virtue
- Can operate with Anti-Capture Discipline — including applying standards to their own ideas
You do not need to be an expert. You do need to be serious.
Ways to Contribute
There are several levels of contribution:
Level 1 – Light & Observational
- Read games and frameworks
- Identify unclear language, broken links, or missing explanations
- Suggest improvements to existing pages
Level 2 – Active Participation
- Help refine game definitions, tactics, and responses
- Propose new diagnostic games or calibration tools
- Improve structure, navigation, and clarity across pages
- Test games in real-world contexts and report results
Level 3 – Core Development
- Help design new layers of the framework (Organizational Calibration, Policy Calibration, etc.)
- Develop standards, traceability methods, and evaluation criteria
- Build supporting tools, templates, or documentation systems
- Shape governance and long-term direction of the project
How to Get Started (Contributor Flow)
- Read the Core
Start with the foundational pages: * Human Systems Metrology Hypothesis * Hidden Mastery * A few Core Diagnostic Games (begin with Moloch Game)
- Observe & Use
Apply the games and frameworks in your own life or work. Note what works, what’s unclear, and what’s missing.
- Introduce Yourself
Go to the Talk page of this page (or the project’s main discussion area) and briefly introduce yourself. Include: * What drew you to the project * Your background or relevant experience (optional but helpful) * What kind of contribution you’re interested in
- Start Small
Pick one page or game and make a concrete improvement (clarify language, fix structure, add an example, etc.). This helps us see how you think and work.
- Iterate Together
We work in public. Expect feedback, questions, and iteration. This is not a place for ego or ideological capture.
Current Focus Areas (as of July 2026)
We are currently prioritizing:
- Strengthening the Core Diagnostic layer
- Improving clarity and usability of existing games
- Developing the Human Systems Metrology Hypothesis into practical standards
- Building better navigation and content guides
Expectations
- High intellectual honesty
- Clear communication
- Willingness to revise based on better evidence or reasoning
- Respect for the project’s core principles (Reality Gets Final Vote, Anti-Capture Discipline, Permanent Beta)
We are not looking for people who want to turn this into an ideology or movement. We are building a calibration system.
