Action Plans & Campaigns

Action Plans & Campaigns are the tactical, time-bound execution arm of The Sovereign Games.

While Sovereign Strategies focus on high-level, long-term vision, this section delivers specific, actionable campaigns designed to achieve measurable results in the short-to-medium term.

Purpose of This Section

  • Turn high-level strategies into concrete operations
  • Provide clear, phased campaigns that individuals, families, communities, or small groups can actually run
  • Focus on speed, leverage, and measurable outcomes
  • Serve as battle-tested playbooks that can be adapted and replicated

How to Build an Action Plan or Campaign

This guide provides a structured method for turning insight into organized, effective action using the Sovereign Games framework.

  1. Define the Objective

What specific, measurable outcome are we trying to achieve? Be as precise as possible.

  1. Diagnose with Core Games

Identify the Slave Owner, Moloch, Narrative Control, Entrenchment Spiral, or other dynamics currently at play. Understand the system before trying to change it.

  1. Map Key Leverage Points

Where can relatively small, well-placed actions create outsized results? Focus on high-impact areas rather than trying to fight everything at once.

  1. Create Phased Timeline

Break the campaign or plan into clear stages with realistic deadlines. Avoid trying to do everything at the same time.

  1. Assign Resources & Responsibilities

Clearly define who is responsible for what and what resources (time, money, skills, people) are required.

  1. Define Success Metrics

How will you know if the plan is working? Establish clear, measurable indicators of progress.

  1. Include Risk Mitigation

What could go wrong? Identify the most likely risks and plan how to respond if they occur.

  1. Plan for Iteration

Build in regular Permanent Beta reviews. No plan survives contact with reality unchanged. Schedule time to assess, learn, and adjust.
