That is a live template call — it silently shows TODAY'S date on every page view forever, which is FALSE and defeats calibration tracking. Template:Calibration Maintenance Log

This is the standard template for /Calibration Log subpages for creating a new page. It includes every standard structural element — Development Notice, GameModule, all four Page Transparency variants, both /Calibration Log and /Decision Records seed links, Resource block, and a full Admin Page Status block with every field.

Do not transclude this on a live page. It is a preload seed only — delete whatever doesn't apply to the specific page being created.

What to Remove, Based on Page Type

  • Development Notice — remove if the page isn't actively in development at creation.
  • Page Transparency variant — keep exactly one of the five options in the Calibration Reports section below, based on this page's actual position in the hierarchy. Do not delete the unused options — leave them commented out so the tech can review and confirm the correct choice. See Template:Calibration Template for full guidance on which option matches which structural position.
  • /Calibration Log seed reference — remove if Calibration Log: When to Create One's decision procedure says this page should be Talk-only.
  • /Decision Records seed reference — remove unless this is a main/hub page (see decision to only add Decision Records links at the hub level, not every subpage).
  • Admin Page Status fields — keep all of them; leave values blank rather than deleting fields, per the doc's own guidance that blank and absent mean different things.

Usage

This is a blank template for creating new /Calibration Log subpages. {{Calibration Maintenance Log}} Note: Do not transclude or use {{Calibration Maintenance Log}} directly on any live page. It is intended only as a starting template for new Calibration Logs.

Create a New Page

Clicking a link below opens a new page with the correct starting template already loaded. To edit the name of the page, edit the page name in the URL and refresh.

Calibration Dependent

Pages that list this page as a load-bearing dependency:

Page Priority Instrument Grade Last Updated Cycle Status Drift Status
Reference Standards/Calibration Log Supporting Development 2026-07-14 Current None open

If this page is edited substantively, review the list above per the Ripple Review rule — see Calibration Dependencies: Standards and Process#Rule: Core-Priority Changes Trigger Mandatory Ripple Review.

Calibration Dependencies

Pages this page relies on as load-bearing dependencies: Template:Admin Page Status Template:Calibration Template Calibration Log: When to Create One Calibration Report Standard Format Template:Calibration Maintenance If incorrect, edit the `depends_on` field in Admin Page Status — do not edit this section directly, it is auto-generated.
