A decentralized ecosystem creates competition, redundancy, replication, and fast error correction — precisely what the One-Way Nature and Permanent Beta principles require.

Goal
Build a robust, self-improving network of calibration actors (think tanks, research groups, parallel institutions, practitioner networks, etc.) that:
- Independently apply Sovereign Games principles
- Replicate, challenge, and refine each other’s work
- Converge toward higher-quality, traceable standards over time
- Feed results into a single, neutral, well-governed **Catalog of Calibrated Policy Outcomes**
