Mission Alignment Audits & Performance Enforcement
Mission Alignment Audits & Performance Enforcement Game
This is a core **Professional Track** game within the Sovereign Builder framework.
It focuses on using Sovereign Resources (SR) practitioners to maintain organizational sovereignty through independent, traceable audits and performance-based accountability.
=== Core Purpose
Ensure every level of an organization (Board → CEO → teams → individuals) remains aligned with the actual mission and delivers measurable results — instead of playing race, identity, ideology, or personal power games.
=== How It Works
- Boards commission SR audits of CEOs and executive leadership.
- CEOs and leadership use SR to audit departments and key staff.
- New hires are screened for mission alignment, competence, and low game-playing tendency.
- When audits reveal active subversion, conflicting agendas, or consistent underperformance that harms the mission, **immediate, defensible removal** is enacted.
Key Rule: Nothing goes uncalibrated. SR auditors are themselves audited. All findings and enforcement actions must be traceable to observable evidence and organizational mission standards.
=== Key Benefits
- Removes identity politics, ideology games, and status signaling from decision-making.
- Replaces them with one clear standard: **“Are you advancing the mission and delivering results?”**
- Gives leadership professional cover to make tough calls without it turning into a discrimination or political battle.
- Restores organizational focus, productivity, and long-term health.
=== Connection to Other Games
- Direct application of Sovereign Resources (SR) and Sovereign Practitioner Certification
- Enforces Results & Consequences Game and Skin in the Game
