Only when these foundations are reasonably stable should a practitioner attempt sustained three-layer engagement.

== How to Approach Level 5 ==

Level 5 is best developed gradually:

* Start with lower-stakes conversations where you have emotional distance.
* Practice holding all three layers for short periods, then release.
* When you notice process awareness slipping, gently return to it rather than forcing continued subject engagement.
* Track moments when you successfully maintained hybrid engagement versus moments when you collapsed back into ordinary debate.

This level rewards patience and honest self-observation more than intensity.

== Moving Forward ==

Level 5 represents the current ceiling of the Hidden Mastery course structure. Level 6 (Embodiment + Systems) is planned for future development and will focus on living the practice consistently and applying it at group and institutional scale.
